The selection committee, Zeynep Bulutgil (UCL) & Harris Mylonas (George Washington U), awarded the Huttenbach Prize for 2020 to Mark T. Kettler’s article entitled “Designing Empire for the Civilized East: Colonialism, Polish Nationhood, and German War Aims in the First World War,” published in Vol. 47, Issue 6 of Nationalities Papers.
