Kyle Marquardt

Kyle Marquardt (PhD, University of Wisconsin-Madison, 2015; AM, Harvard University, 2009; BA, Grinnell College, 2005) is Assistant Professor in the Department of Politics and Governance at HSE University, as well as Research Fellow at the International Center for the Study of Institutions and Development and Project Manager for Measurement and Methods at the Varieties of Democracy Project. His research interests include post-Soviet politics, identity politics, statistical techniques for measuring difficult concepts, and survey research. His work has been published most recently in the American Political Science Review, the Journal of Peace Research, and Political Science Research and Methods.
