A roundtable proposal includes four presentations not based on written papers. A roundtable generally addresses pressing political questions (such as recent election or protest) or discussions over methodology (such as “ethics in fieldwork”) or historiography. It is not meant to present specific topics based on research.
To submit a roundtable proposal, the panel organizer must fill out a roundtable proposal form and send it by attachment to [email protected]and [email protected]. The form includes the roundtable title, as well as the coordinates, presentation titles, a 300 word abstract of the roundtable theme and 100 word biographical statements of all panel members.
Each roundtable member must also fill out a separate Fact Sheet online.
