Responses to the Russia-Ukraine War in the Global South

Thursday, September 14 at 12pm ET

Much of the Global South accepts the Russian narrative about the Ukraine war. They refused to condemn the Russian invasion at the UN, or to join the Western economic sanctions. Eighteen months into the conflict, are there any shifts in the position of countries like India, Mexico, and South Africa towards the war? What steps are they taking to try to bring an end to the fighting? What can Ukraine do to persuade them to change their position?
